1. Acceptance of Terms By creating an account or placing a bid on LuckyBid, you agree to these Terms of Service. 2. How Auctions Work Each auction accepts whole-number bids. Activating a bid requires payment of a small, non-refundable service fee. When an auction ends, the lowest bid amount chosen by exactly one paying bidder wins. The activation fee never counts toward the item price. 3. Payment Payments are processed through Chapa. Winning bidders must pay the full winning amount within the stated deadline or forfeit the win to the next eligible bidder. 4. Account Responsibility You are responsible for keeping your phone number and password secure and for all activity under your account. 5. Fair Use Creating multiple accounts to manipulate bid uniqueness is prohibited and may result in suspension. 6. Changes We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
